Our extra virgin olive oil



Regarded as the Prince of the Mediterranean diet for its organoleptic, antioxidant and nutritional characteristics, the extra virgin olive oil is the "green gold" of Puglia, a region that boasts more than 60 million olive trees. In Vetrère estate, several varieties of olives are farmed and they are all native varieties: Ogliarola, Cellina, Frantoio, Leccino, Nocellara Belice, Coratina.
 
Our extra virgin olive oil is an organic oil obtained through the immediate pressing of the fruit (at most 3 hours after the harvest), in a continuous flow and at low temperature: our production process safeguards all the healthy properties that nature gives to the olive. The result is an oil with a fresh and intense fragrance, with touches of ripe olive, almond aromas and a delicate bitter aftertaste of artichoke and tomato leaf: the Vetrère Oil.
